🔍 Hospitality IT Is at a Crossroads — And It’s Not Just About the Tech

Across markets and regions, I’m seeing a recurring pattern:
– Fragmented tech stacks
– Legacy PMS platforms that limit scalability
– Disconnected commercial and product strategies

In short, hospitality IT is under pressure — and the pressure is mounting.
As someone who’s spent the past 25+ years navigating the space where hospitality, technology, and payments converge, I’ve been privileged to lead large-scale transformations in this exact context. My perspective? The solution isn’t a new platform or product.

The real challenge is not the tech. It’s aligning people, process, and product at scale.
