The Williams Inn, a charming New England retreat managed by Waterford Hotel Group, is proud to announce the promotion of Megan Hajduk to General Manager. In this new role, Hajduk will oversee all aspects of the inn’s operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and leading the team toward continued success. Hajduk’s four-year tenure with The Williams Inn, deep expertise in the hospitality industry, and thorough understanding of the Berkshires will be pivotal to the hotel’s operations.

“We are delighted to announce Megan’s appointment as General Manager of The Williams Inn,” said Michael Heaton, President of Waterford Hotel Group. “Megan’s in-depth knowledge of the property and her passion for creating memorable guest experiences for our local and far away visitors, make her the perfect leader to guide the inn into its next chapter. Since joining The Williams Inn in 2021 as Director of Sales and Marketing, Hajduk has been a driving force behind the inn’s achievements. Her innovative strategies and strong leadership have consistently exceeded expectations, highlighted by her success in helping the hotel surpass a $1 million net operating income during the first year of operation. She also played a critical role in assisting the rooms department with implementing advanced revenue management strategies, including dynamic pricing, yield management, and channel management. Additionally, Hajduk successfully managed and optimized the overall property budget in collaboration with the executive team, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency. Hajduk also regularly collaborates with the culinary team to develop innovative menus and optimize food costs for banquets, enhancing the overall dining experience. Her ability to lead and inspire a dedicated team of professionals has been instrumental in delivering bespoke hospitality and establishing The Williams Inn as a premier destination.

Hajduk brings a wealth of Berkshires hospitality experience to her role. Before joining The Williams Inn, she served as Director of Sales and Events at Blantyre in Lenox, MA, where she managed a substantial budget and executed high-profile events. Her career also includes time as Wedding Sales Manager at Cranwell Resort, where her creative packages and cross-departmental collaborations resulted in significant revenue growth and operational efficiencies.

“Having been part of The Williams Inn team, I am grateful for the opportunity to step into this new role and continue contributing to the special property,” says Megan. “It’s a privilege to work alongside such a dedicated team and to build on the strong foundation we’ve created together. I look forward to further enhancing the guest experience and strengthening our ties to the community.”

Located in the heart of Williamstown, The Williams Inn is a modern, welcoming retreat offering unparalleled comfort and charm. With its contemporary design and focus on community connections, the inn is a favorite destination for travelers exploring the Berkshires.
