
Zleep Hotels has entered the German market with the opening of the Zleep Hotel Frankfurt Airport Kelsterbach, located near Frankfurt International Airport.
The 175-room hotel combines Danish design with Scandinavian simplicity and is positioned as an economy lifestyle brand offering functionality and comfort at affordable rates. It includes a fitness room, snack bar, lounge area and parking as well as a complimentary shuttle to the airport.
The CEO and managing director of Steigenberger Hotels GmbH introduced the launch as a significant brand milestone.
“Following openings at various locations in Europe in recent years, the debut in Germany is a further milestone for the brand and the starting signal for expansion in the market. We would like to thank our partners for the excellent cooperation at the important hub of Frankfurt am Main,” said Dr. Stephan Hungeling.
The hotel’s interior design follows a minimalist aesthetic, using natural materials and warm lighting to create a Scandinavian atmosphere. Public spaces are designed for both work and relaxation.
The project was led by Sonar Development on behalf of Four Points Development. Sonar oversaw planning and implementation.
The director of development at Sonar Development highlighted the importance of this first property. “We are delighted to have taken a significant step towards brand entry with the construction of the first Zleep Hotel in Germany. With this high-quality, latest-generation design product, we are setting new standards in the local hotel market,” said Dennis Spitra.
The company’s managing director emphasized the speed and success of the implementation. “Just three years after entering the market, this is the first time we have successfully implemented a hotel project in service development,” said Steffen Wittwer.
The hotel targets both business and leisure travelers. It is near the Kelsterbach city train station providing easy access to both the airport and Frankfurt city center.
