Broadstreet Global has opened the Element Charleston Airport in North Charleston. The extended-stay hotel was developed with Contender and is located at 5054 Erin Court.

The 123-room property is near Charleston International Airport, Tanger Outlets, the North Charleston Coliseum & Performing Arts Center, Boeing’s South Carolina facility and Joint Base Charleston. It is managed by Hospitality America, based in Greenville.

“We are excited to welcome another wonderful place to stay for anyone visiting North Charleston or the Charleston Metro, said Alan Thompson, Chairman of the Board for the North Charleston Chamber of Commerce. “North Charleston is the hub of travel in and out of Charleston and we are privileged to host many of the great people that visit our region. We look forward to adding the Element by Marriott to the wonderful accommodation options we have in North Charleston.”

Element by Marriott offers in-room kitchens with ENERGY STAR appliances, the brand’s signature bed, spa-inspired bathrooms, and ergonomic workspaces. Additional amenities include a fitness center, all-natural saline pool, meeting spaces, complimentary Wi-Fi, and daily breakfast and evening receptions.

“Charleston’s growth story is one of the most exciting in the country, and we’re proud to contribute to it with the opening of the Element by Marriott Charleston Airport,” said David Berger, Senior Managing Director of Business Operations for Broadstreet. “This hotel is exactly the type of community-focused investment that Broadstreet looks for in the Carolinas, creating opportunities that not only meet market demand but also help strengthen the place we call home.”
