Spotnana has launched the launch of Spotnana Cloud for TMCs, a product suite designed for travel management companies (TMCs) to boost operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and accelerate innovation.

Spotnana Cloud for TMCs includes all the core capabilities of Spotnana’s Travel-as-a-Service platform, along with new TMC management tools, contact centre functionality, and “significant” enhancements to Spotnana’s Agent Desktop.

“Spotnana Cloud for TMCs provides tremendous benefits to our growing ecosystem of TMC partners who are building their future on the Spotnana platform,” said Sarosh Waghmar, founder and chief product officer of Spotnana.

“Our TMC partners now have access to new modern infrastructure for nearly everything a TMC needs to book, manage, and service travel – all running on Spotnana’s global Travel-as-a-Service platform.”

“Spotnana Cloud for TMCs is enabling Direct Travel to provide great customer experiences, offer a wider range of content sources, and accelerate growth,” said Christal Bemont, CEO of Direct Travel.

“By partnering with Spotnana, we can remain at the forefront of innovation, providing our travelers with a powerful combination of best-in-class technology and service while continuing to set a global standard for The Perfect Trip.”

Geert de Boo, vice president of global business travel at JTB Business Travel, added: “With Spotnana Cloud for TMCs, JTB Business Travel is redefining the way we deliver value to corporations around the world.
