Covivio, a major player in the European property market, is adjusting its organisation to improve the customer experience and offer more experiential and hybrid property products. This includes the creation of a new Marketing & Customer Experience Europe Division, headed by Céline Leonardi, who joins the Group’s Executive Committee.
Responding to evolving customer needs
Covivio has always focused on the needs of its users, going the extra mile in terms of design quality, technical innovation and on-site experience. This reorganisation reflects the company’s ambition to improve user-centric services and create differentiated real estate products across Europe.
The company has already led strategic initiatives such as the launch of Wellio in 2017, the structuring of its smart building expertise in 2019, the creation of the Design User Experience (DUX) division in 2021 and the introduction of its operated office offering in 2022.
As part of this drive for differentiation, Covivio has appointed Céline Leonardi as head of the new Marketing & Customer Experience Division. Her role will be to strengthen Covivio’s property offerings and products through their identity, programming, occupier experience and customer marketing management, drawing on innovative practices.
A new leadership role for Céline Leonardi
Céline Leonardi, 43, holds a Master 2 in Notarial Law and Asset Engineering. She began her career as a lawyer at Cheuvreux Notaires before joining Covivio in 2009. Over the years, she has played a key role in managing cross-functional projects and held sales management positions within the company.

Since 2017, she was responsible for the positioning and roll-out of Wellio, Covivio’s flexible office offering, and has led the DUX division since 2021.
Reporting directly to Olivier Estève, Chief Operating Officer, Céline Leonardi will play a central role in strengthening the differentiation of Covivio’s products in Europe, refining their identity and positioning and improving the user experience.
A strategic reorganisation on a European scale
This organisational change reflects Covivio’s commitment to creating innovative, user-centric real estate solutions. The appointment of Céline Leonardi to the Executive Committee underlines the Group’s strategic priorities to strengthen its European operations and deliver a quality customer experience.
