Signo Hospitality continues its growth in northern Germany with the topping-out ceremony of its new Hampton by Hilton hotel in Bremen Nord. The property aims to blend international standards with local identity and is designed to cater to both business and leisure travelers.
Project overview and location
The new Hampton by Hilton hotel will be located in the Vegesack district of Bremen, near the train station and just a short walk from the Weser harbor.
The property will feature 153 rooms, a lobby bar, and a boardroom intended for business meetings. The site’s proximity to the city center and key transport links supports easy access for guests.
“We continue to focus on growth—especially in northern Germany. This hotel expands our presence in a strong economic and tourist region while maintaining the high quality associated with the Hampton by Hilton brand.” – Sascha Konter, Managing Director of Signo Hospitality GmbH
Design and development partners
The project reflects a combination of functionality and regional characteristics. “What distinguishes this project is the successful connection of quality, hospitality, and an optimal location” Sascha Konter added. The hotel is planned to meet the expectations of both business and leisure clients who value comfort and connectivity.
The architectural design is being led by Marggraf Architektur, while the development is managed by 2P Projektentwicklung GmbH, a firm with experience in several real estate projects across northern Germany.
This development underlines Signo Hospitality’s strategic focus on regional markets with strong economic potential and tourist appeal, supported by a partnership-driven approach to hotel design and construction. This new opening is part of a partnership between Signo Hospitality and Hilton that aims to develop 10 Hilton’s hotels in Germany by 2026, with for example the recent ceremony to celebrate the upcoming opening of another Hampton by Hilton property in Potsdam-Babelsberg.
