Over the last few years, the space outside of Trinity has been used for al fresco dining, a chic and casual seated dining area for 24 guests.
This year the team behind Trinity have developed something completely different.
“We wanted to do something disruptive and of the moment with the space this year. An opportunity for my brilliant team to develop an idea they had and for us to offer a completely accessible and fun dining experience backed by the resources that Trinity has to offer, I am so excited for Outside 2025, this is different and out of our comfort zone – just where I want us to be!” – Adam Byatt
The Outside offering, curated and led by, Trinity Chef India, who has worked at Trintiy for three years, will consists of three main areas, Fresh Ciabatta Sandwiches, Chips, and Soft serve Ice cream.
Using classical cookery techniques and flavours, India has put together a menu of five staple sandwiches with weekly changing specials. Proper cooking, just in a sandwich.
The offering is primarily takeaway, however, guests that wish to sit in, can do so. The Outside beverage menu will include a moderately priced choice of Trinity own beer, wine, Trinity Gin and Cocktails.
With the rising popularity of high-quality sandwiches in London, India and team thought the outside space would be a prime location for London’s newest sandwich offering.
Combining the location with India’s Michelin background and ending up with an accessible result that customers can enjoy for the Summer months.
