Growth in Europe

– Andaz Lisbon (expected to open in Q4 2025) – Located in the heart of Lisbon, the Andaz brand will introduce a design-forward hotel that blends local culture with contemporary aesthetics.
– The Standard, Lisbon (expected to open in 2026) – Housed in the historic Santa Clara Palace, this hotel will offer 197 rooms, rooftop views, and dining venues, bringing the vibrant Standard brand to Portugal.
– Thompson Seville (expected to open in 2026) – Set in Spain’s fourth-largest city, this hotel will reflect the artistic and cultural energy of Seville, with 101 rooms, a rooftop pool, and dining spaces.

And out of Europe

– Thompson Miami Beach (expected to open in Q3 2025) – Located steps from the beach, this property will feature 147 rooms and is designed by acclaimed designer Gulla Jónsdóttir.
– Thompson Shanghai Expo (expected to open in November 2025) – This will be the first Thompson hotel in Asia Pacific, designed to reflect the industrial legacy and cosmopolitan energy of Shanghai.

Luxury portfolio expansion

– Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol Hotel & Residences (expected to open in summer 2025) – The first Park Hyatt in Mexico, offering a wellness-focused experience with 163 rooms and a 59,000-square-foot wellness complex.
– Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur (expected to open in August 2025) – Set in the tallest skyscraper in Asia Pacific, this hotel will offer 31 rooms and luxury amenities with views over Malaysia’s national treasure.
– Alila Mayakoba (expected to resume operations in 2025) – The debut of the Alila brand in Latin America, offering holistic wellness experiences in a serene beachfront location.
– Park Hyatt Johannesburg (expected to open in Q3 2025) – A refined luxury retreat in the cultural and commercial hub of Rosebank, Johannesburg.
– Miraval The Red Sea (expected to open in Q4 2025) – The first Miraval resort outside the U.S., focusing on personalized wellness programming, located on Shura Island in Saudi Arabia.

Brand residential demand grows

As part of its growth strategy, Hyatt is also seeing increasing demand for its branded residences. With more than 50 branded residential projects open or in the pipeline globally, Hyatt’s luxury brands, including Park Hyatt, Thompson Hotels, and Andaz, offer extraordinary living experiences with hotel-inspired services in the world’s most desirable destinations.

The company is set to debut branded residences in locations such as:

– Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol Hotel & Residences – Combining high-end living with luxury hotel amenities.
– Thompson Hotels Residences in Mexico – Planned for locations like Cancun and Puerto Vallarta.
– The Standard Residences in Lisbon – Recently opened, these residences offer a blend of heritage and modern luxury.
