GuestRevu & Guesty Team Up To Collect More Guest Feedback, Automatically

GuestRevu is proud to announce a brand new integration with Guesty, a global leader in property management and channel management for the short-term rental and hospitality industries.

This powerful integration allows Guesty users to connect their PMS directly to GuestRevu, enabling the seamless automation of guest satisfaction surveys. With feedback automatically collected and shared between the tools, hospitality professionals can save time, unlock actionable insights, and enhance their guest experiences with minimal manual effort.

Once connected, GuestRevu will automatically import future reservation and guest data from Guesty. From there, tailored guest surveys (pre-stay, in-stay, and post-stay) are sent to guests at the right moments of the guest journey, without any manual effort required.

Guesty-integration

The integration creates and updates custom fields in Guesty for each reservation, ensuring hotel teams always have access to their guest intelligence data, including response summaries for internal reference, and flag fields that can be used to trigger automations or workflows based on guest response status.

This level of automation means busy hospitality professionals can collect more feedback, respond more efficiently, and gain clearer insights, all while saving time and reducing manual data handling.

The integration is also compatible with Guesty’s automation workflows, so teams can configure smart responses or alerts based on guest engagement with surveys.

GuestRevu enhances every stage of the guest journey, from anticipation to post-stay reflection. By using GuestRevu’s pre-stay surveys, properties can better understand guest expectations before arrival and tailor their service accordingly. In-stay feedback provides a chance to resolve issues while guests are still on-site, improving satisfaction and reducing the likelihood of negative reviews.
