Galvin La Chapelle

Chomp will work across the trio of renowned and much-loved restaurants headed up by the Galvin brothers

Galvin Restaurants, the umbrella group encompassing the Galvin brothers’ three celebrated establishments: Galvin La Chapelle, Galvin Bistrot & Bar and The Green Man Pub in Chelmsford, has appointed Chomp to drive its organic influencer and talent strategy.

Galvin Restaurants, which was established in 2005 by brothers Chris and Jeff Galvin, are acclaimed for bringing new life to French bistro-style dining in the UK. Their venues are known for skilfully combining traditional French culinary methods with fresh, seasonal British produce, while placing a strong focus on sustainability and making fine dining more approachable. Galvin La Chapelle has held a Michelin Star for 14 years, since being awarded in 2011.

Chomp’s remit will focus exclusively on sourcing, securing and generating content with a range of influencer partners across both TikTok and Instagram. Through its extensive network and history of working with top-tier foodie, lifestyle and travel content creators across decades, user-generated content will be used to drive hype around the Galvin brand, boost footfall and enhance overall bookings for all three sites in the portfolio including:

Chomp will also engage with its impressive black book of celebrity contacts to drive organic high-profile bookings at each of the restaurants, boosting visibility of content achieved and reach.

This is the fourth new client win for Chomp since its launch in April 2025. Led up by W Communications’ Account Directors, Kara Buffrey and Thuli Weerasena, Chomp also oversees Harry’s King’s Cross, a key new opening for the Harry’s brand; Truffle Burger & Friends – a major series of international food pop ups taking place across the summer on London’s South Bank – and Courtyard Wine Cellars, a brand new destination wine bar in Covent Garden’s historical market.

Chomp launched last month as a disruptive new restaurant growth agency that puts digital-first communications at the heart of hospitality marketing. With a focus on four key areas; TikTok-driven discovery, booking platform optimisation, automation in hospitality marketing, and direct investment in restaurant growth, Chomp offers a data-led, performance-driven approach designed to deliver real-world revenue.

Chomp Partner, Kara Buffrey said:

“The team at Chomp are all huge fans of fine dining and it’s a real dream to work with the Galvin brothers and restaurants in the portfolio – all of which are icons of culinary excellence.

Hospitality leaders are increasingly recognising the incredible value and influence that influencers have, particularly in driving intrigue and bookings for restaurants, and we can’t wait to see the impact our content creator outreach will have for three of London and Chelmsford’s most iconic and loved restaurants.”
