Travel technology solutions provider, Nezasa, is integrating AWAI’s core software into its technology portfolio.

The expansion will see Nezasa assume control of the ongoing development of AWAI’s Dynamic Travel Packaging Solution, significantly increasing its operational footprint.

“This strategic expansion of our technology marks a pivotal moment for Nezasa,” said Manuel Hilty, CEO of Nezasa.

“By integrating AWAI’s core technology, we are set to deliver a new level of performance, enabling Airlines and OTAs to dynamically build and price simple to complex itineraries with real-time availability, in a streamlined booking flow.”

“This integration allows us to accelerate our innovation pipeline, and create a more powerful, comprehensive tool that will enable customers to meet and anticipate the evolving needs of the travel industry, ultimately providing travellers with more personalised, seamless journeys.”

Prior to the acquisition, AWAI provided the dynamic packaging platform for Bonza Holidays, a start-up Australian airline.

Leveraging the mobile-first plug-and-play AWAI platform, they achieved an average basket size 3.5x larger than flight-only baskets, driving increased load factor and revenue per seat-km.

This integration cements Nezasa’s position at the forefront of travel technology. By combining the robust end-to-end packaging capabilities of Nezasa’s AI-powered TripBuilder platform with AWAI’s dynamic packaging platform, the company has created a single, definitive solution for travel sellers.
