June 27, 2025

Whitestone Capital, a Division of Whitestone Companies, proudly announces the grand reopening of two standout properties in Colorado Springs: Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs North and Homewood Suites Colorado Springs North. Both hotels recently completed extensive, year-long renovations and unveiled their refreshed spaces during a festive grand reopening celebration attended by city officials from CSPD, CS Chamber & EDC, local community leaders, including special guest Mayor Yemi Mobolade.

The renovations were led by Striv Design, a premier hospitality and interior design firm based in Ohio. Their vision transformed both properties into modern, welcoming spaces that blend functionality with style, enhancing the overall guest experience while staying true to Hilton’s trusted brand standards.

These renovations mark a significant milestone for the hotels and reflect the commitment of Whitestone Companies, the owning firm, and Regal Hospitality, the management company, to continually invest in quality, comfort, and service excellence.

“We are thrilled to reintroduce these hotels to the community and our loyal guests,” said Jay Batra, Chief Executive Officer of Whitestone Companies. “Our teams, along with Striv Design and Regal Hospitality, have created spaces that are not only beautiful but truly elevate the travel experience. We invite everyone, business and leisure travelers, to come experience it for themselves.”

The Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites are located adjacent to each other and only steps away from the 55-plus shops and restaurants at the Promenade Shops at Briargate. “When we looked at these properties, not only were they ideally located just outside of the U.S. Air Force Academy and steps away from great shops and eateries, but they were fantastic assets that just needed investment to position them as premier properties in the area,” said Batra.

Together, the properties have a wide range of room types and amenities to satisfy the needs of any guest, including two pools (one indoor and one outdoor), three fitness areas, two food outlets, and a bar. The properties can cater to business travelers with on-site food and beverage, and extended stay business travelers with rooms that have full kitchenettes.

“The first time we toured the property, we were at a loss for words at the view of the mountains from the guestrooms,” said Chuck Groger, Chief Revenue Officer of Whitestone Companies. “We knew then all the properties needed were a renovation and a management team who cared. And now with the transformation complete, we are thrilled to celebrate it with the entire Colorado Springs community.”

“The guest comments have been amazing,” said Taves Maciel, Dual General Manager. “They love the renovation, and the team is excited to showcase it to everyone.

Whether you’re visiting Colorado Springs for business, leisure, or a little bit of both, the newly renovated Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites are ready to welcome you with fresh spaces, elevated amenities, and the exceptional service you deserve.
