A Nomination Aligned with the Transformation Strategy

With over 20 years of experience in the international tourism industry, Eduardo Bosch has been entrusted with the responsibility of successfully executing the group’s five-year strategic plan. This appointment aims to strengthen brand transformation, revenue optimization, and operational excellence.

“I am delighted to complement my current role as Chief Operating Officer with that of CEO. In my new role, I will ensure the execution of our strategic plan because I firmly believe in the group’s ability to reinvent itself and position itself as the leader in midscale hospitality in France, Europe, and worldwide.” – Eduardo Bosch, new CEO of Louvre Hotels Group

Federico J. González, a member of the Louvre Hotels Group Board of Directors, will remain involved in overseeing the strategic plan. He adds:

“Our plan is ambitious and very clear, and now we must accelerate its execution. I am pleased that Eduardo can continue and amplify the progress already made. As for me, I will continue to work, as a Board member, with Eduardo to supervise and control the implementation of our strategic plan.”

Support from the Board and Jin Jiang International

The Louvre Hotels Group Board of Directors welcomes Federico J. González’s contribution to defining the group’s strategic objectives.

Vivian Wei Zhou, representative of Jin Jiang International, the group’s majority shareholder, emphasizes:

“The Board is confident that Eduardo will leverage his extensive expertise and energy to lead the company toward achieving the Plan. As a shareholder, Jin Jiang International will continue, as always, to provide the necessary support to ensure the success of the company’s transformation.”
