NUMA Group, Europe’s leading digital hospitality platform, continues its rapid expansion in the UK following the acquisition of Native Places last year.

NUMA announces its newest property in Brighton, marking a significant milestone in its strategic growth in the United Kingdom.

Located at 17 Jubilee Street, the property will include 84 units and 172 beds and is perfectly situated in the vibrant North lanes near iconic landmarks such as the Theatre Royal Brighton, the Royal Pavilion, and the famous Brighton Beach.

The new NUMA property will take over the former MyBrighton Hotel in partnership with NWH Group and is scheduled to open this summer.

As part of its transformation, the property will be modernized with NUMA’s proprietary tech stack, offering a seamless, fully digital guest experience.

This expansion further solidifies NUMA’s position as a leader in the European hospitality market, where it is now active in 15 countries and 36 cities, with a growing portfolio of nearly 9,000 units.

Steph Thrasyvoulou from NWH Group, added: “We are thrilled to work alongside NUMA on this exciting project in Brighton. This partnership represents our shared vision of transforming hospitality by revitalizing iconic properties, in prime locations by integrating cutting-edge technology and NUMA’s forward-thinking approach.”

Philipp Rohweder, Senior Advisor Real Estate at NUMA Group, highlighted the importance of the Brighton launch: “Brighton, with its vibrant cultural scene and coastal charm, is a perfect fit for NUMA’s innovative hospitality model.

“As a favourite destination for both domestic and international travelers, Brighton strengthens our footprint in the UK and demonstrates our commitment to bringing modern, digital-first accommodations to the country’s most exciting locations.”

Henry Jackson, Head of Hotel Brokerage at Knight Frank, commented: “We are delighted to have acted on behalf of NUMA Group on this transaction.

“Brighton is one of the UK’s most dynamic hospitality markets, and NUMA’s entry here demonstrates their understanding of the demand for modern, guest-centric accommodations.

“This property’s prime location and NUMA’s innovative approach will undoubtedly make it a landmark destination for travellers to Brighton.”

NUMA’s UK portfolio continues to grow, with plans to expand into major cities such as Manchester, Bristol, Belfast, Edinburgh, and Glasgow, further solidifying its presence in the region.
