TRIBE plans to open more than 40 new hotels over the next five years, three quarters of them in Europe. In France, the TRIBE Paris Clichy and TRIBE Paris Pantin hotels in the Paris region are among the first that opened. Other European openings include TRIBE Budapest Stadium and TRIBE Riga City Centre, as well as TRIBE Manchester Airport and TRIBE Düsseldorf later in the year. Plans are also underway for Budapest Airport and Krakow Stare Miasto in 2025, as well as Mainz in 2026.

Latest openings in France and Europe

TRIBE Paris Clichy

Located opposite the historic Saint-Vincent-de-Paul church, TRIBE Paris Clichy is a new 4-star establishment with 120 rooms. It features a restaurant inspired by Californian cuisine and a rooftop offering panoramic views of Paris, including the Sacré-Coeur, the Eiffel Tower and La Défense.

TRIBE Paris Pantin

Built on the site of a former car park, TRIBE Paris Pantin is a 4-star hotel with 131 rooms, a coworking space, and an event hall, while it is the result of a partnership between the Galia group and Accor, marking the second collaboration between the two.

The new hotel is located near the Canal de l’Ourcq and the town hall, placing it within close proximity to key transportation routes. The design, led by Vincent Parreira of AAVP Architecture, preserves elements of the original 1950s parking structure, blending them with contemporary architectural features. The project is set to achieve Green Key certification, reflecting its commitment to sustainability.

As it was referred above, concerning the amenities, the hotel’s social hub offers a coworking space with 60 desks, catering to professionals from the local area. The hub is also available for afterwork events and business meetings. For dining, the hotel features a restaurant serving cuisine inspired by contemporary trattorias, as well as a bar that encourages social interaction. Additionally, the hotel includes a 60 m² modular room for various corporate or private events.

TRIBE Budapest Stadium

Marking the brand’s entry into Hungary, TRIBE Budapest Stadium offers 166 rooms, dynamic living spaces, an à la carte restaurant, fitness area and skybar. Located close to the Groupama Arena, the hotel boasts excellent transport links.

TRIBE Riga City Centre

Located in the Art Nouveau district of Riga, TRIBE Riga City Centre offers 81 rooms and easy access to the city’s main sights. The hotel is only 9 km from Riga International Airport.

‘TRIBE is a brand with incredible potential, particularly in Europe. There’s a big market for travellers looking for stylish, modern hotels that offer them more for less. It’s a great example of what we’re doing across our portfolio to make our hotels places that attract locals, as well as those who come from further afield. This strategy brings huge benefits to owners in terms of ancillary income and asset value, while breaking the glass ceiling on rates in mid-market brands.’ – Philippe Bijaoui, Business Development Director Europe North Africa for Accor’s Premium, Midscale and Economy Division

Founded in 2017 in Australia, the TRIBE brand stands out for its bold, lifestyle approach, offering design-led, smart and functional hotels. Each hotel incorporates a ‘social hub’, with a coffee and cocktail bar, a 24-hour ‘Grab & Go’ counter, and various dining concepts.
