Extended Stay America has introduced a new business travel program designed specifically for long-term business travelers. Client Connect consolidates the company’s corporate services into one offering and provides tools and policies tailored to professionals staying for weeks or months.

“As the leader in extended stay for over 30 years, we’ve built our success on truly connecting with our clients and understanding their unique needs and challenges,” said Kelly Poling, chief commercial officer, Extended Stay America. “Our clients tell us that what sets Extended Stay America apart is the high-touch service our team provides to travel planners and genuine care we provide to guests. Client Connect formalizes that relationship-first approach, bringing together our collective services under one dedicated program that deepens our partnership with travel managers and business travelers.”

The company said the program was created to address gaps in traditional corporate travel services, which typically focus on short-term hotel stays. Client Connect targets specific sectors such as construction, health care and the military, where employees often require extended accommodations.

The program includes account management support, flexible stay policies and a booking experience tailored to business needs. Features include a Direct Bill Program, a business-oriented mobile app and website, and discounted rates that increase in value with longer bookings.

“As the leader in the extended stay space, we know our clients need more than just accommodations – they need a true partner who understands their business challenges and provides proactive solutions that keep their teams productive and comfortable,” said Tim Horan, group vice president at Extended Stay America. “Client Connect delivers exactly that with cost-effective solutions, policies, and client-focused support that makes managing longer stays easier.”

Client Connect builds on the company’s existing network of over 700 properties nationwide. According to Extended Stay America, each location is equipped for long-term use with amenities such as fully equipped kitchens, furnished suites, onsite laundry, complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast, and pet-friendly policies.

The program is already available to business clients and is expected to evolve. According to the announcement, Client Connect “will serve as the foundation for even more new enhancements currently in development that will further expand Client Connect’s value for extended stay travelers and planners.”

Extended Stay America said the offering draws on its long-standing experience in the category, positioning it as a dedicated partner for clients with extended lodging needs. The company serves a range of industries, including government, healthcare, and construction, and aims to provide support that goes beyond room and board.
