GuestRevu and HiJiffy Announce Integration to Gather Guest Feedback via WhatsApp

This partnership allows hoteliers to automate and personalise guest feedback requests via WhatsApp, making it easier than ever to collect reviews and insights that drive better guest experiences.

HiJiffy’s innovative messaging platform connects with a property’s PMS and other systems to centralise guest communication across multiple channels, including website chat, email, and WhatsApp. This new strategic partnership now enables hotels using both platforms to automatically send GuestRevu guest satisfaction surveys via WhatsApp, one of the most widely used and preferred messaging platforms globally. 

By meeting guests where they already are, the integration significantly increases survey response rates, allowing hoteliers to gather more guest insights, respond more effectively, and drive continuous improvements in service quality.
