Marriott International is set to debut its Fairfield by Marriott brand in Taiwan’s Tainan Science Park, with advisory support from PKF hospitality group. The project marks the brand’s first presence in this key industrial and technology hub, home to leading global companies including TSMC.
The developer, Taiwan-based Sing Song Chien Limited, has partnered with Marriott to build the Fairfield by Marriott Tainan Science Park. The new four-star hotel will feature around 160 guestrooms and is designed to accommodate both short-stay business travelers and long-stay guests. It is positioned as the first international branded hotel in the immediate area, aiming to provide warmth, comfort and strong connectivity for professionals visiting the park.

The hotel is scheduled to open in 2029, establishing a new standard for hospitality in the Tainan Science Park region and providing international guests with a reliable and comfortable option.
