GuestRevu has launched a new set of AI-powered analytics tools that help hoteliers save time, understand guest sentiment, and act on guest feedback faster than ever before.

The latest addition to GuestRevu’s award-winning guest feedback and reputation management platform, AI Analytics uses artificial intelligence to automatically analyse thousands of survey responses and online reviews. The tools surface the most important themes, highlight guest emotions, and even allow hoteliers to click straight through to the comments behind the data.

Key features of GuestRevu AI Analytics include:

  • Click-through context: Jump straight from a word or theme to the exact reviews behind it, complete with AI-generated summaries for quick understanding.
  • Action items: Identify issues and create service tickets to track progress directly from guest feedback, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Trend tracking: Monitor changes over time to measure improvements and inform business decisions.

Early beta users praised the clarity and time-saving benefits of the new tools, which are quick to uncover insights that matter most to guests so hoteliers can focus their attention where it will have the biggest impact.
