TFE Hotels is extending its A by Adina premium apartment hotel brand with a new project on Berlin’s Kurfürstendamm. The 161-key A by Adina Berlin Kurfürstendamm is planned to open in autumn 2027 and will form part of the FÜRST urban quarter. The property will feature studios and apartments alongside a restaurant, bar and wellness facilities in a location known for upscale shopping, dining and a lively atmosphere.
This announcement follows the European debut of A by Adina in Vienna in April 2025 and builds on the earlier openings of A by Adina Sydney and A by Adina Canberra in 2021. With more properties planned worldwide the brand is positioning itself as a choice for stays that combine apartment living with hotel service in prime locations.
Each A by Adina property is selected to integrate with its surroundings while keeping an Australian element at the center. Architectural finishes, interior design and service aim to give corporate and lifestyle travelers flexibility and connection to the city.
“Berlin Kurfürstendamm is such a remarkable address, and we don’t take lightly the privilege of opening here,” said TFE’s European CEO, Asli Kutlucan. “Our aim is simple; to create a place where guests feel inspired by the city and cared for in the most genuine way. For us, it’s about building something that truly belongs to Berlin.”
Kutlucan also noted the momentum behind the brand with each opening reflecting local culture while retaining signature features.

Kurfürstendamm is already buzzing with energy, and we are excited to add our own Australian twist to the mix,” she said.
The Berlin site will be the first A by Adina in Germany and the fourth TFE Hotels property in the city, which also hosts the MM:NT Lab innovation hub. The hotel will be a key element of the FÜRST development that is reshaping the former Ku’damm-Karree into a destination for culture, hospitality and commerce.

With this project TFE Hotels is moving its A by Adina brand further onto the international stage following Vienna and its Australian origins, marking another step in the company’s expansion.
