Aman has announced what it is called “its first urban sanctuary” in Singapore with the upcoming Aman Singapore, a property designed to bring the brand’s signature experience of peace and sanctuary to the city. The new development will combine a hotel, a limited collection of Aman branded residences and a global private members club.

“Singapore is a leading global city-state, celebrated for its rich cultural heritage and dynamic economy,” said Vlad Doronin, CEO and chairman of Aman Group. “The launch of Aman Singapore, within the landmark The Skywaters development, marks an exciting chapter for our brand and is something our devoted community has long anticipated. With a robust pipeline including Dubai, Riyadh and Beverly Hills, and established properties in Bangkok, Tokyo and New York, Aman Singapore will embody all the hallmarks of our urban sanctuaries including intuitive service, serene design, privacy, and exceptional locations. It will also serve as a key connection point to our Aman destinations across Asia for our global guests.”

The property will be located within The Skywaters, set to become Singapore’s tallest and most iconic skyscraper. Developed by a consortium led by Perennial Holdings Private Limited, with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill contributing to the architectural design, The Skywaters rises at a rare island site at the convergence of Singapore’s Central Business District, Marina Bay and the future Greater Southern Waterfront.

“The Skywaters represents a bold new chapter for Singapore’s skyline – a landmark where innovation meets timeless elegance. Partnering with Aman for its first project in Singapore at The Skywaters is a testament to the exceptional quality of the integrated development. It also further elevates the status of the upcoming tallest building in the country as we create an extraordinary sanctuary in the heart of the Garden City, delivering an experience that redefines urban luxury living,” said Pua Seck Guan, executive chairman and CEO of Perennial Holdings.

Aman Singapore will feature hotel suites among the largest in the city, Aman Residences from one to five bedrooms, and an exclusive global Aman Club for invite-only members. Long-time collaborators Kerry Hill Architects will create interiors that emphasize harmonious design and serenity. Facilities will include a full-floor Aman Spa with an infinity-edged pool and dining venues offering Aman’s signature concepts and world cuisine.

The residences provide elevated sanctuary above Singapore’s skyline and lush green belt, with generous space and attention to detail, reflecting the brand’s commitment to privacy and exceptional service. The property will connect residents, club members and hotel guests to a range of premium amenities in the heart of the city.

Aman operates 36 resorts and hotels in more than 20 destinations, including 15 near UNESCO sites. Aman Singapore joins a growing pipeline of urban properties, alongside locations in Miami Beach, Beverly Hills, Riyadh, Dubai and the Maldives, further extending the brand’s presence in major international cities.
