
IHG Hotels & Resorts announced that voco hotels will expand further through Southern Europe with nine new signings and openings across France, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Turkey. The additions will contribute more than 1,000 rooms to the brand’s portfolio.

The latest signings include several firsts for the brand in new cities. voco Parma & Congressi in Italy is scheduled to open in early 2026 with 166 rooms, wellness facilities and more than 850 square meters of event space. voco The 7 – Lisbon will open the same year with 71 rooms, marking voco’s entry into Portugal. Rome will welcome voco Rome Villa Borghese in mid-2026 with 154 rooms located near Villa Borghese Park. In Spain, voco Valladolid City will open in 2026 with 80 rooms. In France, voco Nantes is planned for December 2028 with 127 rooms and meeting facilities.

Recent openings include voco Antalya – Konyaaltı, the brand’s first hotel in Türkiye with 118 rooms near the city’s beach and historic center. voco Bilbao – City opened with 91 rooms in the Irala neighborhood close to cultural landmarks and public transport.
Two more properties are scheduled to open soon. voco Madrid – Las Tablas will add 132 rooms in the business district of the Spanish capital. voco Nola – Naples Vulcano Buono will include 143 rooms within a shopping and leisure complex near Naples.
With these additions, voco continues to expand across Southern Europe, joining a portfolio that already includes properties in France, Italy, Malta, Montenegro and Spain.
