Premium alcohol-free distillery NietsCo. has officially launched in the UK, with its debut range now available at Fortnum & Mason, the world-renowned department store.

Founded in Belgium by entrepreneur Alexandre Hauben, NietsCo. was created to redefine the non-alcoholic category with alcohol free spirits that celebrate flavour and craftsmanship. Distilled – not blended – and crafted with botanicals and ageing techniques, the portfolio delivers the depth, complexity, and ritual of classic drinks in a fresh, modern way.

The UK range features four flagship products:

  • Havaniets №1 0.0% (RRP £36) – The world’s first alcohol-free barrel-aged dark spirit, matured for five months in medium-charred oak barrels. Notes of sweet vanilla, coffee, tropical fruit, and warming spice lead to a subtly smoky finish. Crafted entirely from natural ingredients, with only 6 kcal per 100 ml, it has already secured multiple international awards, including Gold at the Bartenders Awards London 2023 and Silver at the European Spirits Challenge 2022.
  • Botaniets Original 0.0% (RRP £29.95) – Produced through a unique seven-day triple distillation and cold botanical extraction process, this spirit offers a crisp, herbaceous balance of juniper, cardamom, rosemary, and Sicilian citrus. Naturally low in sugar and calories (5 kcal per serving), it offers a refined choice for an alcohol-free G&T or cocktail. It has earned multiple international accolades, including Gold at the Bartenders Awards London 2022.
  • Botaniets Ginger Yuzu 0.0% (RRP £29.95) – A vibrant twist on the original, combining the warmth of ginger with the zest of Japanese yuzu. Award-winning and celebrated for its layered complexity, it is ideal for refreshing, citrus-led serves and creative cocktail twists.
  • Aperiniets – Aperitivo Originale 0.0% (£23.00) — rafted in Bergamo, Italy, after two years of development by NietsCo.’s Master Distiller, this aperitivo blends natural maceration of Sicilian blood oranges (Tarocco, Moro, Sanguinello) with bitter gentian and aromatic herbs. Exceptionally versatile, it shines in spritz variations and aperitivo cocktails such as the Negroni. At just 5.3 kcal per serving (106 kcal per 100 ml), it remains lighter than almost all other aperitivos.

NietsCo. was born out of a frustration with uninspired non-alcoholic options.

“Every time I chose not to drink, the alternatives felt boring, childish, or just plain sad,” says Hauben. “With NietsCo., we set out to create something proudly different—premium spirits that celebrate flavour, craftsmanship, and design.”

Already a pioneer in the European mindful drinking movement, NietsCo. has built its reputation on a mission to make not drinking feel exciting, not restrictive. Its spirits are crafted with sophisticated profiles designed for adults, proving that alcohol-free is about celebration, not compromise.

“Fortnum & Mason is the perfect partner for our UK debut,” Hauben continues. “Like us, they stand for quality, innovation, and the joy of shared moments.”
