Hotel Equities has been selected to manage the Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina in Atlanta, Ga, further strengthening its presence in the state. The 182-room property, located in the Perimeter Center district, is owned by Villa Christina LLC. This marks the first Hyatt Regency hotel in HE’s portfolio and will operate within the company’s full-service and resort division.

Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina offers a rooftop pool, three on-site dining options and flexible meeting and event spaces. Its location in Dunwoody’s Perimeter Center provides convenient access to major corporate headquarters, including Cox, Mercedes-Benz, Inspire Brands and ServiceMaster.
