Travel tech provider Travelgenix has brought 15 new travel agencies on board in three months, reflecting a decisive shift across the trade toward fully bookable websites and digital first sales.

From July to September 2025, new client signings were 200% higher than in the same period last year, as independents invest in faster quoting, dynamic packaging and frictionless online checkout to hold their own against the pace set by OTAs and vertically integrated groups including easyJet holidays, TUI and Jet2holidays.

The market is unforgiving. Consumers now expect immediate pricing, clear availability and the ability to book at any hour.

Smaller agencies are responding with modern, conversion led web experiences that keep shoppers on their site and move them from enquiry to confirmation in minutes. That is where Travelgenix is seeing demand surge.

Recent partnerships span specialist and mainstream product. Agencies using Travelgenix can draw on niche operators alongside major partners including Jet2holidays, TUI, Yalago and Stuba, with many more available.

Advisors surface live product in a few clicks, package with accuracy and confirm bookings in moments. The result is meaningful time saved per booking and a measurable uplift in conversion, the fundamentals that keep independents competitive when customers are comparing like for like.

“Efficiency wins the booking,” said Andy Speight, CEO of Travelgenix. “Customers expect to research and buy on their terms, and agents need to move from enquiry to confirmation without friction.

“With Travelgenix, agencies run a complete, conversion led website that is bookable end to end. They gain the breadth of product customers want and the speed their teams need. That is how independents compete credibly with OTAs and the big holiday brands.”

Travelgenix delivers a ready to run website experience designed to go live quickly and perform from day one. Teams create rich destination and product content in minutes with AI assisted tools, while live API connections provide real time pricing and availability across flights, hotels, tours, transfers, car hire and ticketed attractions.

Agents can quote instantly, build dynamic or pre-built packages and take payment online in a single flow. Customers can also book directly on the agency’s site at any time, choosing to create their own packages or select pre-built options.

After booking, professional Confirmation and Itinerary Documents provide step by step itineraries, destination information and customisable terms, reducing support queries and reinforcing trust.

Luna, the AI booking assistant, turns casual conversations into personalised searches and recommendations so agencies capture intent earlier and guide customers to the right product.

According to Speight, the past quarter points to a tipping point. Agents are choosing technology that brings live, bookable experiences, compelling content and streamlined operations together in one place.

The agencies signing onto Travelgenix are looking for big brand capability without big brand overheads and they are seeing the commercial return that comes from speed and simplicity.
