Why are hospitality assets so attractive?
In 2024, the hotel sector recorded the highest capital return among all real estate sectors (+2.2%), significantly outperforming other asset classes. This sector shows reduced volatility, supported by demand growth, dynamic pricing, and the continuous evolution of supply.
Which geographic markets are most attractive for hotel development and why?
Where should investors position themselves in a territory that remains the world’s top tourist destination? What specific needs does hotel real estate address?
Concentration, return on investment, diversification, the role of non-European investors in market dynamics… these are some of the key topics that will be explored further throughout the program.
