US: Hotel management platform Canary Technologies has launched its AI-powered sales and catering payments hub to support the closing of sales and contracts.

With the platform, Canary can automate workflows across sales, events, and finance teams.

It will help staff members to finalise deals and collect payments through a digital dashboard, where clients can pay with a card or Automated Clearing House (ACH). This method lowers transaction costs.

The company said that the platform will help sales teams to “gain more time to drive business for their properties” while finance teams can “reconcile payments quickly and at lower cost”.

“Sales processes in hotels have long been bogged down by mundane manual data entry and administrative work, leaving less time for closing business,” said SJ Sawhney, co-founder and president of Canary Technologies. “With Canary’s Sales & Catering Payments Hub, hotels leverage Canary AI to close deals faster, elevate client engagement and keep revenue flowing.”

It is available immediately and integrates with Canary’s guest journey platform.
