Dolphin Dynamics welcomes Product Ambassador

Former Baldwins Travel MD and Advantage Travel Partnership board member, Nick Marks, has joined technology specialists Dolphin Dynamics as Product Ambassador to spearhead their new product launch. 

Dolphin Dynamics, developers of the well-established Dolphin travel platform for retailers, home workers, operators and TMCs, encompassing CRM, reservations and mid/back-office functions, is rolling out a completely new front end for the system.

The new version of Dolphin’s platform reflects several years of substantial R&D investment in design, development and usability testing. 

It marks a major leap forward in streamlining user navigation and slashing training overhead. 

The redesigned front end reduces the time and effort required for numerous routine tasks by as much as 80%, minimises time spent loading and managing bookings and cuts sales consultant training time by more than a third.

Built using Blazor, Microsoft’s latest user interface technology, the new system architecture paves the way for more rapid development cycles as well as seamless integration with other systems. Including AI tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, with work on these integrations already underway.

Early feedback from preview customers has been overwhelmingly positive, and Dolphin Dynamics is now ready to showcase the new product to the wider travel industry. Leading this effort is Nick Marks, who joins the company as Product Ambassador.

A long-time Dolphin user during his tenure at Baldwins Travel, Nick brings deep industry knowledge, hands-on experience with the platform and a reputation for straight-talking expertise.

Chuck Richardson, Dolphin’s Managing Director, said of the appointment: “Having known Nick for many years, I know he tells it like it is. Nick’s industry experience, relationships and long history as a Dolphin customer, make him the perfect ambassador to help spread the word about our breakthrough user interface. He knows what travel businesses need and he’s not afraid to say what works and what doesn’t.”
