Founded in 2019, Encore Mieux has introduced a new hospitality model with its Hotelib concept.

Operating eight hotels across France’s historic city centers, the brand transforms heritage buildings into lively, human-scale properties that are both digital and locally rooted.

At the heart of this approach is Nestor.OS, an in-house smart operating system that connects room access, energy management, housekeeping planning, and performance reporting.

Guests experience a seamless stay from booking to check-out, with smartphone access, self-arrival, and digital concierge services, supported by a local team of housekeepers and concierges.

The model delivers strong results: over 40,000 guests and 52% direct bookings.

Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) – I-LEAP: Revolutionizing Hospitality Operations with AI

IHCL - I-LEAP

Launched by IHCL in September 2024, I-LEAP (Integrated Lake for Enterprise Analytics Platform) reshapes data-driven decision-making across the group’s 350+ hotels.

This unified data lake brings together more than 30 systems, including PMS, ERP, CRM, and HRMS, turning fragmented information into one integrated source of AI-powered insights.

The platform automates reporting and reconciliation, saving over 13,000 hours of manual work in six months and delivering a direct cost impact of ₹120–150 crore.

Executives can now access real-time dashboards covering revenue, finance, marketing, energy, waste and water tracking, and HR performance.

Predictive models improve guest personalization, revenue management, and operational forecasting, supporting IHCL’s sustainability and inclusion objectives.

I-LEAP is now integrating AI agents across finance, marketing, and guest experience workflows, driving a true organization-wide transformation.

Louvre Hotels Group – Booster Platform

Louvre Hotels Group – Booster Platform

Unveiled in late 2023, Booster is Louvre Hotels Group’s digital platform designed to transform the franchisor–franchisee relationship. Conceived as a centralized and user-friendly hub, it integrates CRM technology to streamline operations, improve decision-making, and strengthen communication across the network.

Booster offers a single access point to a catalogue of more than 45 expert services covering revenue management, HR, maintenance, digital marketing, and compliance. Through modules such as DigiBoost, its digital campaign optimizer, franchisees benefit from measurable ROI, automation tools, and real-time dashboards that enhance responsiveness and transparency.

Since its launch, Booster has reached a 92% satisfaction rate, 1,300 active users, and more than 300 signed contracts. Its scalable architecture supports an international expansion in 2025, extending to Europe, MENA, and Indonesia.

Marriott International – ACU AI Room Assignment

Marriott International – ACU AI Room Assignment

Marriott International’s Automated Complimentary Upgrades (ACU) program reimagines how the group delivers elite guest recognition. Powered by the Complimentary Upgrades Engine (CUE), this AI-based system acts as a real-time digital twin of each property, analyzing inventory, guest preferences, and business rules to automatically allocate complimentary upgrades for Marriott Bonvoy Gold+ Elite members.

Developed in just 120 days by a small cross-functional team, ACU executes upgrades in seconds, cutting manual tasks and allowing staff to focus on guest interaction. The system operates globally in real time, with property-specific configurations and no-code updates ensuring full flexibility across brands and markets.

The results are clear: 25,000 staff hours saved in two months, no negative revenue impact, and higher guest satisfaction, with +5.3 points in Elite Appreciation and +4.7 in Intent to Recommend.

ACU shows how purposeful innovation can enhance efficiency, scalability, and sustainability across hotel operations.

Radisson Hotel Group – Dream Machine

Radisson Hotel Group – Dream Machine

Launched in 2024, Radisson Hotel Group’s Dream Machine transforms how meetings are imagined and produced. This generative AI tool allows event planners to instantly visualize bold ideas, such as meetings inside a volcano, boardrooms on islands, or floating balloon conferences. It turns creative concepts into visual and spatial proposals. Integrated into the Radisson Meetings Unbound platform, it connects imagination with execution, translating inspiration into operational designs for RHG venues around the world.

The initiative also introduces immersive “infinity rooms,” combining light, sound, and projection to inspire creative thinking, while remaining aligned with RHG’s carbon-neutral event framework. Already deployed in key destinations across Europe and Africa, Dream Machine represents scalable and sustainable innovation in hospitality, where artificial intelligence enhances human creativity and reshapes the standards of experiential meetings.
