It was essential for us to ensure our flagship product could be deployed quickly without sacrificing quality. Fast, Seamless Migration

Cabinn Hotels, which operates 13 properties across Denmark, faced a particularly urgent transition. With limited notice before their previous system shut down, the team sought a partner capable of delivering both speed and OPERA integration.

Significant Revenue and Engagement Gains

Cabinn Hotels has reported remarkable performance improvements since adopting P3’s Booking Engine, including the ability to match OTA pricing and rate rules — a shift that has driven measurable revenue growth. In just nine months, direct bookings increased 93%, fueled by greater guest engagement and a more modern, visual booking experience.

Guests are now taking the time to read about the properties and view room photos, said Lohse. We didn’t change the content — but suddenly, people are engaging with it. It’s been a huge difference.

Operational Efficiency for Business Travel

For Cabinn Hotels, P3’s integrated negotiated rate functionality has streamlined corporate booking processes, allowing teams to manage permissions and rate structures directly within the system. It’s a big success, Lohse added. The more we can do directly in the platform, the easier it is to provide support and identify issues.

Sunborn Hotels also benefited from enhanced back-office flexibility, gaining the ability to self-manage add-ons and packages without relying on vendor intervention. Previously, we had to email the provider for every small change, said Heino. Now, we can manage everything ourselves — it’s modern, efficient, and up to date.

Superior Support and Reliability

Both hotel groups cited P3’s customer support as a key differentiator. The P3 support team responds very quickly, and the support portal is easy to use, Heino noted. This proactive partnership approach, combined with platform reliability and zero downtime, has reinforced trust and ensured seamless continuity for hotel operations.
