Based in Paris, Stéphanie Cabassu joins D-EDGE’s Executive Committee at a pivotal moment for the group, which now employs over 550 people and serves 17,000 clients worldwide.
In her new role, she will oversee the implementation of the company’s strategic roadmap, focusing on transformation, governance, and operational efficiency.

A background rooted in transformation and finance
A graduate of KEDGE Business School and HEC Paris, Stéphanie Cabassu brings over two decades of experience in finance, governance, and corporate transformation. After beginning her career at Eurosport, she held senior positions at Pirelli, ByMyCar, and Happyfew.
In 2020, she joined Sephora as CFO for Italy before being appointed Director of Transformation for Europe, leading large-scale programs to centralize and optimize operational models.
