New openings across strategic markets
Four Seasons is planning several developments across the Middle East and Europe, reflecting its focus on markets with sustained demand for upscale hospitality.
In Saudi Arabia, the Four Seasons Resort Red Sea at Shura Island will feature six restaurants, three pools, and a spa overlooking the Red Sea coastline. A second project, the Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay, will emphasize wellness and sustainable design as part of the AMAALA coastal development.

Also in the Kingdom, the Four Seasons Hotel Madinah will open near the Prophet’s Mosque, adding a culturally significant property to the group’s regional portfolio.
At the same time, the brand is strengthening its presence in Southern Europe with several projects, including the Four Seasons Resort Mykonos inspired by Cycladic architecture, the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Porto Heli, also in Greece, and The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel — a revival of an iconic property in the Swiss Alps.
Paris, Venice, and Milan: a renewed European network
Several landmark properties in Europe are undergoing extensive renovation. In France, the Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris completes a three-year renovation project, introducing redesigned rooms and suites and adopting more sustainable and technologically advanced practices.

In Italy, Hotel Danieli, Venezia, A Four Seasons Hotel, reimagined by interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon, combines heritage restoration with modern hospitality. Meanwhile, the Four Seasons Hotel Milano has unveiled new interiors reflecting the city’s reputation for design and craftsmanship.
Reinvention in the Indian Ocean

In Mauritius, the Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita, redesigned by London-based studio 1508, offers updated villas and residences that harmonize with the island’s tropical surroundings and cultural identity. The renovation reinforces the group’s commitment to premium resort destinations within the Indian Ocean region.
A consistent long-term approach in EMEA
Through these openings and refurbishments, Four Seasons reaffirms a strategy centered on operational enhancement and sustainable growth.
By combining restoration of historical properties with the creation of new resorts, the group continues to adapt its offer to evolving guest expectations while strengthening its position across the EMEA region — a core area of its global portfolio.
