Travel management company DGI has rolled out its new technology platform, ETHOS, which is set to transform the way not-for-profit, humanitarian and academic organisations manage travel.

Designed as an Enterprise Travel Hub, ETHOS streamlines the entire end-to-end travel journey – from system access and pre-approval through to booking, payment and reconciliation – delivering smarter workflows, stronger duty of care, actionable insights and cost savings, all in one connected ecosystem.

The platform brings together seven core modules: seamless integrations through ethosSync, advanced duty of care with ethosProtect, and actionable analytics via ethosInsight.

Organisations can access exclusive global content through ethosSelect, simplify bookings with ethosBook, manage travel on the go with ethosGo, and enforce smarter workflows and policies with ethosControl.

Shaped by customer feedback, ETHOS has been built to deliver an effortless user experience with robust capability behind the scenes, linking seamlessly with clients’ own systems to drive efficiency across every stage of the travel process.

Christopher Airey, chief executive officer at DGI said: “ETHOS is more than a tech platform – it’s a smarter, safer, and more sustainable way for our clients to manage travel.

“Crucially, ETHOS connects the dots across the full travel journey, uniting policy, approval, booking and payment, to create real organisational efficiency and visibility.”

“By embedding automation, real-time data and duty-of-care features, we’re helping organisations reduce costs, improve compliance and protect their travellers wherever they are in the world.”

Each module integrates seamlessly, adapts to organisational needs, and equips customers with the intelligence and automation to succeed.

Joanne Bowden, chief technology officer at DGI, added: “Our investment in ETHOS reflects the changing expectations of our customers, and the name itself was chosen to symbolise that every journey begins with trust.

“In a world of fast-moving innovation, ETHOS is a commitment to stay grounded in what matters most: our customers. From safeguarding data to creating seamless, human-centred experiences, every decision behind the platform has been shaped by that promise.”

This launch further reinforces DGI’s commitment to sustainability. The platform expands the company’s Green Travel Toolkit with enhanced carbon reporting, rail-switching options and hotel sustainability ratings, enabling customers to make cost-effective choices that align with their environmental goals.

With cybersecurity a universal concern, ETHOS has been designed with a safety-first approach, including layered protections such as multi-factor authentication to reduce the risk of breaches.

Its architecture has also been built for continuous development, with frequent releases and enhanced API integrations ensuring the platform evolves alongside client and supplier technologies.

Since expanding across Europe and the US, DGI has prioritised investment in cutting-edge digital solutions as a key part of its growth strategy.
