WINNER: Ciclo (Four Seasons Hotel Austin, USA)
Located inside Four Seasons Hotel Austin, Ciclo introduces an immersive dining concept that turns the meal itself into a show. Created in collaboration with TableMation Studios™, the experience uses 4K laser projection mapping to animate each course of a four-course menu in real time. Guests watch ingredients and characters come to life across the table as dishes such as tuna tartare and steak ravioli unfold in sync with the storyline. Presented at a communal table with curated pairings and crafted cocktails, Ciclo merges technology, gastronomy, and storytelling to redefine experiential dining.

FINALIST: VICI Bistrot & Ristorante (InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace, Rome, Italy)
Opening in August 2025, VICI Bistrot & Ristorante is the new culinary signature of the InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace, located on Via Veneto. Named after architect Carlo Busiri Vici, it combines a vibrant daytime bistrot with an elegant evening ristorante led by Executive Chef Marco Ciccotelli. The dual concept highlights Italian seasonality, craftsmanship, and storytelling inspired by the hotel’s heritage as the former library of the American Embassy. With locally sourced ingredients, curated menus presented as books, and collaborations with luxury brands, VICI redefines modern dining in the heart of Rome.

FINALIST: Patio del Posadero (Córdoba, Spain)
In the historic center of Córdoba, Patio del Posadero transforms the art of dining into an intimate and sensory journey rooted in Andalusian culture. Created by Marta and David, this boutique restaurant and guesthouse celebrates craftsmanship, slowness, and attention to detail. Each dish is prepared with locally sourced ingredients and presented as part of a broader narrative that connects food, design, and emotion. Within a restored Cordoban patio, hospitality feels personal and timeless. By blending gastronomy, aesthetics, and authenticity, Patio del Posadero defines a poetic and human approach to contemporary dining.
