Chat GPT: Your hotel website usually influences 10–20% of the AI’s reasoning at most.
The big factors (80–90%) come from:
review platforms
OTA descriptions
Google Business profiles
consistent structured data
sentiment analysis from guests
location data
pricing patterns
category clarity
overall positioning
Your website is a signal — not the deciding factor.
