With hotel land becoming increasingly scarce in major cities, converting offices into hotels is emerging as a new avenue of development for operators and investors. The Bobillot project, presented at SIMI, illustrates this trend: transforming a 1960s commercial building in the 13th arrondissement into a 91-room urban hotel by 2028.
