The goal of this collaboration is to address one of the industry’s biggest challenges: the obsolescence and fragmentation of technology, which impacts operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Through this partnership, Growth Advisors International Network (GAIN), a hospitality-focused technology consulting firm, will offer targeted hotel technology assessments in the North American market, with the support of Mews. These assessments will help hotels streamline their systems to improve performance, increase revenue, and enhance the guest experience.

A Major Challenge for Hotels: System Integration

Many hotels face challenges with disparate technological systems, leading to inefficiencies, data silos, and reduced service quality. The GAIN hotel technology assessments, in collaboration with Mews, aim to solve these issues by conducting a detailed review of each property’s technological infrastructure. GAIN’s team of experts will analyze current setups and identify opportunities for optimization, system upgrades, or the integration of new solutions to improve workflows, enhance guest interactions, and support revenue goals.

The Benefits of the GAIN-Mews Partnership

  • Comprehensive Technology Review: GAIN will conduct an in-depth analysis of each participating hotel’s technology stack, evaluating how systems interact and identifying areas where processes can be optimized or automated.

  • Tailored Recommendations: Following the assessment, GAIN will provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize the guest experience.

  • Unlocking Revenue and Guest Satisfaction: By addressing technological inefficiencies, the assessments will enable hotels to meet the needs of modern, tech-savvy guests and stay competitive in an ever-evolving market.

Richard Valtr, founder of Mews, explains: “Implementing the right technology is crucial for transforming the guest experience and optimizing hotel operations. However, choosing the right system setup and the proper integrations can be challenging. Through our partnership with GAIN, we provide a solution that simplifies the decision-making process for hoteliers, while implementing technologies that will support their long-term success.”

Michael Cohen, managing partner of GAIN, adds: “This partnership demonstrates the impact of industry experts collaborating to solve real-world problems. Together, GAIN and Mews will help hotels future-proof their technology, enhance internal operations, and optimize the entire guest journey.”

Selected North American hotels will be able to benefit from free hotel technology assessments offered by GAIN and Mews, subject to availability. This initiative allows properties to modernize their infrastructure and improve operational efficiency. Hotels interested in this opportunity can submit their request directly to GAIN.
