Shiji Group has been selected by Hoiana, Vietnam’s first fully integrated resort, to implement a suite of integrated hospitality tech products across the development’s hotels, golf course, dining outlets, and casino.
Shiji Group has recently announced that Hoiana has gone live with a variety of hospitality technology products from the diverse offerings from Shiji Group.
Hoiana, Vietnam’s first fully integrated resort, is located in Central Vietnam sitting beachside just south of Hoi An and Da Nang. The luxury integrated resort, a joint venture between Suncity Group, VMS, and Vina Capital, combines renowned hotels, a world-class golf course, original dining concepts, and exciting entertainment outlets. Its Operational Preview Opening in June 2020 heralded the first phase of Hoiana’s operations, providing guests with cutting-edge entertainment and gaming facilities by Hoiana Suncity, Hoiana Shores Golf Club which is Vietnam’s first golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., and the first of four luxurious hotels managed by Rosewood Hotel Group – the Hoiana Hotel & Suites.
Shiji Group, the leading provider of software solutions and services for the hospitality, food service, retail, and entertainment industries, has installed an integrated suite of tech products and services at Hoiana, including Infrasys Cloud POS, Infrasys Table Management System, Food and Guest Queues, Digital Menu, Shiji Payment Gateway, MyCheck’s Kiosk and e-Menu, and over 10 integrations. The overall project also includes over 100 Shiji HK950M workstations and more than 150 tablets.
The partnership with Hoiana, and particularly Hoiana Suncity, has allowed Shiji to implement a variety of hospitality technology products into the integrated resort with casino facilities, including Infrasys Cloud, Shiji Payment, and MyCheck. Shiji Singapore and Shiji Vietnam have effectively worked together to accomplish the major project in a short period of time to provide Hoiana with the seamless, integrated suite of technology products across all of Shiji Group’s business lines.
