Shiji Enterprise Platform PMS has been successfully implemented at the TIME Ruby Hotel Apartments in Sharjah in November, helping elevate the guest experience.

Dubai, UAE, 09/01/2024 – Shiji, the global hospitality technology innovator, announced today Time Hotels had implemented Shiji Enterprise Platform (Cloud-PMS), and other Shiji solutions. In a strategic move towards enhancing guest experiences and optimizing operational efficiency, TIME Hotels, a leading hospitality brand based in the UAE, has collaborated with Shiji, a global hospitality technology provider. The partnership aims to implement Shiji’s technology solutions across TIME Hotel’s properties, ushering in a new digital transformation era.  

The Shiji Enterprise Platform, Shiji Digital Stay, and Infrasys Cloud Point of Sales solutions have been selected to upgrade TIME Hotels’ technology stack. This comprehensive integration is designed to accelerate and elevate the entire guest journey, ensuring a seamless and immersive experience. The successful implementation of Shiji solutions at TIME Ruby Hotel Apartments in Sharjah, which went live on November 14th, 2023, marks the beginning of our collaboration, a phased rollout across TIME Hotel’s portfolio.

Kevin King, Chief Operating Officer of Shiji expressed enthusiasm about this partnership “We share TIME’s vision of a digital transformation that will enhance the guest experience while improving operational and staff efficiency. Our next generation of PMS, POS and Digital Stay solutions will achieve that goal.”
