Evok Collection Group officially opened Brach Madrid yesterday, its latest five-star hotel located in the heart of Gran Vía, Madrid. Opened in December 2024 and designed by Philippe Starck, this establishment offers an urban luxury experience in the Spanish capital.
The hotel features 57 rooms and suites, decorated with natural materials such as wood, leather, and pottery. The rooms are available in three categories: Superior, Deluxe, and Executive. The upper floors house four suites, suitable for private events and equipped with additional amenities. A rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of Madrid.
The restaurant at Brach Madrid offers Mediterranean cuisine with an international twist, created by chef Adam Bentalha. A cocktail bar, inspired by traditional Spanish cafés, serves signature drinks. The on-site patisserie, influenced by the French way of life, reinterprets classic creations with local flavors, such as almond and honey, to be enjoyed on-site or to take away.
The hotel also features a wellness area, La Capsule, dedicated to the relaxation of the body and mind. This luxury spa offers a 20-meter pool, treatment suites, a sauna, a steam room, a gym, and treatments utilizing holistic wellness technologies.
Emmanuel Sauvage, co-founder and CEO of Evok Collection, explains: “Why Madrid? It’s very simple, Brach is energy, Brach is warm, vibrant, magnetic, and Gran Vía is vibrant, magnetic, it’s life, it’s energy.”
Philippe Starck, the hotel’s architect, adds: “At Brach Madrid, I’ve created a world of richness that visitors will be delighted to rediscover again and again, with new touches that evoke the attentions and echoes of hidden memories. Thus, you will return to Brach because here you feel appreciated, as this place expresses its affection at every moment.”
After France and Spain, the next stop: Italy
Brach Madrid is the second hotel in the Brach brand by the Evok Collection group, following the opening of Brach Paris in October 2018, located near the Trocadéro in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. Also designed by Philippe Starck, the hotel has 59 rooms and suites.
The next Brach project is in Rome, with the opening of Brach Roma. This upcoming hotel will continue to follow the same philosophy, emphasizing a cosmopolitan and local experience. Brach Roma will feature 62 rooms and suites, a rooftop, a restaurant, a patisserie, and a fitness club with the largest private pool in Rome. The project is being developed by ZAKA Investments in collaboration with Evok.
