Kempinski Hotels is restructuring its governance to accelerate its development and strengthen its position in luxury hospitality. Under the leadership of Barbara Muckermann, the group’s CEO, Gordon Drake has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Rasha Lababidi has taken on the role of Chief Product Officer (CPO), two key positions to support this transformation.

Gordon Drake, Directeur financier (CFO)

Gordon Drake a été nommé directeur financier de Kempinski Hotels. Dans ce rôle, Gordon sera responsable des opérations financières de l’entreprise, de l’analyse et de l’évaluation des risques. Avec plus de 30 ans d’expérience à l’échelle mondiale dans les marchés de capitaux d’entreprise, la gestion d’actifs, la gestion des risques, ainsi que dans le développement et la mise en œuvre de stratégies opérationnelles et financières, Gordon rejoint Kempinski après avoir occupé des postes de direction dans plusieurs entreprises de l’hôtellerie et de l’immobilier.

Rasha Lababidi a été nommée directrice des produits de Kempinski Hotels. Dans ce rôle nouvellement créé, Rasha sera responsable de l’innovation produit, du design et de l’expérience client à travers le portefeuille mondial de la marque.

Avec plus de 25 ans d’expérience dans la gestion du marketing, le branding, l’expérience client, le développement de produits et de concepts, l’innovation et la stratégie d’entreprise dans l’hôtellerie de luxe et l’immobilier, Rasha apporte à ce poste une expertise stratégique et un savoir-faire précieux.

Avant de rejoindre Kempinski, Rasha a occupé des postes de direction en marketing chez Emaar et Al Maabar International Investments, et elle a dirigé des équipes de développement de marques et de concepts pour des destinations emblématiques dans la région.
