Clermont Hotel Group (CHG), the dominant force in London’s Zone 1 meetings and events scene, has unveiled a new brand, Clermont Meetings & Events, to redefine event planning in London’s meetings and events sector.

CHG offers a combined capacity of 7,000 guests across its London estate of 16 hotels with over 4,000 bedrooms and 101 event spaces, all in prime London locations including Marble Arch, Tower Bridge and London’s Heritage Quarter.

The new Meetings & Events brand looks to solidify the groups’ position as the go-to partner for planners seeking excellence and versatility in the capital, delivered through a bespoke meeting and events website and booking platform. Designed to streamline the planning and booking process, the Clermont Meetings & Events website contains detailed venue information of the group’s 101 spaces, enhanced by Cvent technology, including a venue diagramming tool enabling event bookers to create and visualise custom event layouts.

Fully mobile-optimised, this innovative platform enables event planners to search, filter, book meetings for up to 25 people and enquire about larger event spaces across the portfolio on the go, extending CHG’s reach into both UK and international markets looking for a streamlined solution to booking everything from board meetings to large scale residential conferences in London.

The central London venues include The Royal Horseguards Hotel, one of London’s most distinguished settings and home to 14 extraordinary Grade II listed meeting and event spaces, as well The Tower Hotel, with its iconic views of Tower Bridge and the London skyline, offering 19 meeting and event spaces in total – all with exceptional views.

Thistle London Marble Arch has one of the largest spaces in the portfolio, the Hyde Park Suite, with a capacity of up to 500 guests centrally located on Oxford Street, while international travellers are drawn to the 500 capacity Aviation Suite at Thistle London Heathrow T5, with this hotel also offering 266 bedrooms to accommodate residential conferences.

Danielle Ravenscroft, M&E director at CHG, said: “The launch of Clermont Meetings & Events marks a pivotal moment for Clermont Hotel Group as we establish our presence as a dominant force in London’s meeting and event market. Our new website and booking platform, combined with our expert teams, provides event planners with a dynamic, interactive experience, offering seamless access to comprehensive venue information across our iconic London locations.”

The newly launched Clermont Meetings & Events website can be found here.
