Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has officially opened Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol, a luxury resort on Spain’s southern coast. The new property, developed in partnership with Millenium Hospitality Real Estate and Odyssey Hotel Group, aims to redefine hospitality in the region.
Located an hour from Málaga and just 30 minutes from Marbella, the resort features 311 rooms, suites and private villas. The property also offers 47 private villas, each with a pool and terrace.
The resort offers five dining venues, headlined by a signature restaurant led by two-Michelin-star Chef Benito Gómez. The menu emphasizes locally sourced ingredients and contemporary interpretations of traditional Andalusian cuisine.
Fairmont La Hacienda features an 1,800-square-meter spa with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and surrounding mountains. The wellness center offers hydrotherapy pools, a hammam and treatments using products from Subtle Energies and 111SKIN.
For golf enthusiasts, the La Hacienda Links Golf offers an 18-hole championship course with sweeping sea views. The resort also includes a grand ballroom and outdoor event spaces for weddings, corporate gatherings and private celebrations. Designed for all ages, the property includes a kids club and a teens club, providing interactive experiences tailored to younger guests.
