DAVIDSON ANNOUNCES SENIOR LEADERSHIP APPOINTMENTS
Davidson Hospitality Group has announced several executive appointments and promotions to propel its sustainable growth strategies and market opportunities.
- Harris White joins Davidson as chief financial officer. He brings over 25 years of executive experience to his position, and most recently, served as CFO at Virgin Hotels Collection.
- Nick Gregory joins Davidson as senior vice president, strategic operations. Gregory worked for 30-plus years with Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, climbing the ranks to vice president of hotel operations for the Northeast and Florida regions in 2013 and being appointed SVP of hotel operations in 2016.
- Robert Morse joins as VP of revenue management. He comes to Davidson after 12 dedicated years with Marriott International, most recently serving as regional vice president, revenue management for the brand in Canada.
- Kyle McCoy takes on the role of VP learning & organizational development.
- Michele Smith has been promoted to the newly created position of chief accounting officer.
- Jason Rabidoux will now lead the company’s growth efforts as chief investment officer.
NEW CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER AT VISION HOSPITALITY
Vision Hospitality Group has named Mary Beth Cutshall as chief growth officer. With 35 years of hospitality experience across sales, marketing, acquisitions and business growth, Cutshall has worked with many hotel management companies, including Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG), Hotel Equities, Hotel Investors Trust and Marriott International. Most recently, Cutshall was managing partner and founder of Amara Capital Group, a consultancy/investment group focused on hospitality and multi-family real estate properties throughout the U.S. and Europe.
NIKKI BEACH HOSPITALITY APPOINTS CFO
Nikki Beach Hospitality Group has appointed Richard Johnson as chief financial officer. Johnson brings decades of financial leadership experience, having spent nearly 30 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). At PwC, he led the Silicon Valley Tax Practice, oversaw a team of more than 360 professionals and managed global tax strategies for Fortune 500 clients, including multinational corporations in technology, streaming, payments processing and semiconductors.

The Alida, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, in Savannah, Georgia, has appointed Ryan Cornelius as director of sales and marketing. Cornelius joined The Alida in 2022 and served as senior sales manager for three years before being appointed director of sales and marketing. He also held various management positions with hotel brands and golf clubs across the southeast, including Delta Hotels by Marriott in Chesapeake, VA, and Heritage Golf Collection in Hilton Head, SC, as well as the Four Points by Sheraton, Doubletree Hotel and Hilton Garden Inn – all in Savannah.
Rosewood Little Dix Bay has appointed Katya Herting as the resort’s new managing director. With a two-decade background in luxury hospitality, Herting has held leadership roles at various properties across Asia, Europe and South America. Most recently, she served as general manager at Raffles Bali, where she guided the hotel’s opening. Before that, she held senior leadership positions at Swissôtel The Stamford and Fairmont Singapore.
Metaxa Hospitality Group has appointed Serafim Karouzakis as general manager of the Santo Collection, which includes the Santo Pure, Santo Mine and The Villas by Santo Collection properties in Santorini. Karouzakis joins Santo Collection while continuing his role as general manager of TUI Magic Life Candia Maris Resort & Spa, an all-inclusive, adults-only resort located on Amoudara near Heraklion, Crete, where he has served for the last 14 years.
Main Street Hospitality has appointed Suzi Darre as chief people officer. Darre joined Main Street in 2023 and has an extensive background in the hotel industry, having worked with companies such as Morgan’s Hotel Group, Rosewood Hotels and Auberge Resorts.
