Welcome to Miami, Casa Cipriani.
Casa Cipriani is expanding beyond New York and Milan with Casa Cipriani Miami, which will encompass a 40-suite boutique hotel, private members’ club and 23 residences within a 17-story oceanfront tower at 3611 Collins Avenue. It marks the brand’s debut into real estate.
Designed by architect Brandon Haw, Casa Cipriani Miami is being developed by a joint venture between Miami-based 13th Floor Investments, New York’s Midtown Equities and the Cipriani family and pay homage to Miami Beach’s Art Deco design. Sales for the residences launch later this year with a groundbreaking to follow.
The project will feature a signature restaurant and club lounge and a Cipriani Spa.
“We are incredibly excited to partner with the Cipriani Family to bring the world-class hospitality brand to Miami Beach, marking its expansion beyond New York City and Milan,” said Joe Cayre of Midtown Equities and Arnaud Karsenti of 13th Floor Investments.

Since 2008, 13th Floor Investments has developed residential units across South Floria. The firm is developing units across residential, mixed-use and projects.
Midtown Equities partnered with Cipriani to launch Casa Cipriani in New York. The company’s portfolio includes residential, retail, office, industrial and hospitality properties.
The Cipriani brand traces back to Harry’s Bar, founded in Venice in 1931 by Giuseppe Cipriani. It evolved into a name in hospitality, with restaurants, clubs and hotels in cities.
“Following Casa Cipriani in New York and Milan, we are thrilled to bring our concept to Miami Beach,” said a Cipriani family spokesperson. “Miami is a destination. We look forward to welcoming a community.”
Casa Cipriani Miami’s design emphasizes interiors, finishes and indoor and outdoor spaces. The residences offer access to club amenities, including dining, experiences and wellness offerings.
