Highline Hospitality Partners has acquired the 510-room Hilton Atlanta Airport. The property, located near Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, becomes the firm’s second hotel in Atlanta and 15th in its portfolio.

The full-service hotel features approximately 40,000 square feet of meeting space, a restaurant, a grab-and-go market, two pools, a fitness center and a complimentary airport shuttle. Highline plans to invest in renovations to enhance the guest experience and maintain its competitive positioning in the market.

HEI Hotels & Resorts will manage the hotel, marking its first partnership with Highline. “We are excited to add Hilton Atlanta Airport to our portfolio and to partner with HEI Hotels & Resorts on this venture,” said Chuck Pomerantz, managing partner at Highline Hospitality Partners. “This acquisition marks a pivotal milestone for Highline Hospitality Partners and further diversifies our portfolio as we continue to expand our presence in key markets across the nation.”

The hotel has been institutionally owned and maintained, benefiting from capital investment in recent years. Highline’s portfolio now includes more than 4,100 guestrooms, surpassing $1 billion in hospitality assets under management. The firm remains focused on acquiring and repositioning hospitality assets in high-demand markets.

Hilton Atlanta Airport’s location provides direct access to the airport, corporate business centers and downtown Atlanta. The property caters to both business and leisure travelers, providing flexible meeting and event spaces. Future renovations are expected to improve the hotel’s appeal among corporate groups and transient guests.
