Kaptio and Therefore Interactive are joining forces in a bid to set a new standard in travel technology.

Kaptio, the Salesforce-native platform for multi-day travel operators, and Therefore’s AI ecommerce agency will merge Kaptio’s enterprise-grade booking infrastructure with Therefore’s expertise in digital experience optimisation.

The collaboration is expected to help multi-day travel operators simplify complex booking flows, create more engaging customer experiences and position themselves for future growth.

The travel industry is evolving rapidly, with travellers and agents expecting seamless digital experiences that mirror the ease of consumer retail. 

Tour operators often face challenges in adapting legacy systems, managing fragmented booking workflows, and leveraging data to personalise customer interactions. 

This partnership brings together deep operational expertise with forward-thinking digital strategy to help brands modernise their approach.

One customer already benefitting from the combined strength of Therefore and Kaptio is Rocky Mountaineer, which recently enhanced its digital footprint with new websites for Canyon Spirit and Armstrong Collective and a revamped Agent Portal. 

As part of its rebrand and expansion, Canyon Spirit now has a full CMS-managed ecommerce website that leverages the Kaptio ecommerce API, ensuring a seamless and intuitive checkout process. This project exemplifies how the partnership enables travel brands to unify their booking infrastructure while delivering a best-in-class digital experience.
