Results were helped by its expansion in Europe

Europe’s fully digitalised hospitality platform, NUMA Group, has recorded another successful year, the company’s success in 2024 marked by expansion in Europe, strategic acquisitions and strong partnerships.

Now available in 36 European cities and 15 countries, NUMA has solidified its position as the technology-driven leader in modern hospitality.

The company’s achievements underscore its commitment to redefining the travel experience for contemporary travellers while maximising value for real estate partners and investors.

“At NUMA, we are redefining the hospitality industry by leveraging cutting-edge technology-driven solutions to meet the evolving needs of modern travellers,” said Christian Gaiser, CEO of NUMA Group.

“In the last few years, we’ve built a profitable, resilient European business based on sustainable rent coverage ratios and a strong balance sheet. By adding €80 million in revenue and approximately €50 million in Gross Operating Profit, NUMA plans again for strong national and international growth in 2025 and beyond.

“As we continue to expand NUMA, we are actively exploring further M&A opportunities to strengthen our position as the most forward-thinking AI-driven operator in the hospitality sector.”

In the future, NUMA plans to introduce in-room AI assistants, elevating guest experiences by anticipating needs, curating personalised itineraries, and managing tasks like restaurant bookings and room service orders.
