Located in the crown of one of the World’s 50 Best Hotels, Ling Ling features contemporary Asian cuisine with over 30 new dishes and a Late Night Bites Menu, paired with an extensive drinks’ menu.

Leading dining and entertainment hotspot, Ling Ling at Atlantis The Royal, has unveiled a new menu that reimagines the vibrant flavours of Asia. The refreshed offering including over 30 new dishes, features contemporary Asian cuisine meant to be shared, coupled with an extensive beverage menu, soaring views, and the ultimate soundtrack.

For those looking to explore dishes from Japan, Steven Nguyen, Chef de Cuisine of Ling Ling has introduced the wagyu beef sando, with Australian wagyu fillet sandwiched between toasted milk bread, accompanied with classic tonkatsu sauce. Highlights on the menu also pay homage to Indonesian culinary traditions, incorporating homemade sambals that feature jumbo grilled tiger prawns served with a Balinese sambal matah and the roasted salmon with fiery sambal bwang. The culinary journey also takes diners to Korea, which includes a take on a Korean BBQ, with galbi marinade, Australian braised and fire-grilled wagyu short rib, served with a selection of Korean banchan and lettuce wraps. Not forgetting its Cantonese roots, diners can indulge in a whole spiny lobster cooked in the wok and served with their choice of four different sauces: classic ginger scallion, picante black bean, sweet and spicy Singapore style, or Hong Kong favourite typhoon shelter style. Lastly, Thai influenced desserts include a classic mango sticky rice, and a creative take on a crème brûlée with flavours of Thai iced milk tea.

The menu also features Ling Ling favourites including Boston lobster pad thai; a kobe kaiseki experience featuring truffle Kobe tataki with striploin yakiniku and tenderloin sando with a wok fried rib eye donburi rice bowl; 24k gold Wagyu and Ling Ling kiwami sushi platter featuring a chef’s selection, along with signature desserts such as the hazelnut chocolate moelleux.

In addition, Ling Ling has created a new ‘Late Night Bites’ menu, offering an after-hours selection from 12:15am to 2:00am every Friday and Saturday. Designed to satisfy those late-night cravings, the menu features bites which are perfect for pairing with drinks. Highlights include Oscietra Caviar; bao buns – think fried chicken to crispy tofu; Okonomiyaki-loaded fries; mango pandan sticky rice, and a three-piece Ling Ling mochi platter.

To enhance the diverse flavours of the menu, Ling Ling has also introduced an expanded beverage selection, featuring over eight new cocktails expertly crafted by Bar Manager, Christos Panou. Blending classic drinks with a signature Ling Ling twist, the bar draws inspiration from the adventurous travels of the globetrotting ‘Madame Ling Ling.’ This curious character takes guests on a journey through each drink, with every cocktail representing a different stop on her travels. Complementing these creations is the restaurant’s curated wine list and an exclusive collection of Asian-inspired spirits, ensuring each dish is perfectly paired.

Located in the crown of Atlantis The Royal, Ling Ling features views of the Dubai skyline and Arabian Gulf. Upon arrival, guests are whisked up to the 22nd and 23rd floors via two private elevators, where they are invited to explore the venue. Creative cocktails can be enjoyed in the expansive marble-rich bar, or guests can embark on a culinary journey in one of two dining lounges, as well as a spacious terrace, promising soaring views of the Palm Island. For those looking to extend their night, Ling Ling is also home to Ling Ling Ultra Lounge, designed to offer guests a more intimate and exclusive, award-winning nightclub experience.

Reservations for the newly launched menu at Ling Ling are now available. The restaurant is open daily, from Monday to Sunday from 6pm – 1am, while the Late Night Bites menu is available on Fridays and Saturdays from 12:15pm – 2am. Only 21 years and above from 9pm onwards.
